We are looking to acquire profitable businesses or websites earning a net profit of 1000+ USD (or equivalent) per month.

We will also consider purchases of websites earning below this threshold if the required level of owner/operator involvement is low.

The sites we buy are either service/SaaS businesses focused globally or ecommerce businesses focused in the United States of America or Canada. We have experience with, and are open to sites based on any of a variety of different technology platforms ranging from common platforms such as WordPress to custom developed or legacy systems.

We offer a secure process including escrow payments, no brokerage fees and options of payment in either US or Canadian dollars.
